Clinical Pilates Classes

There will be clinical pilates classes starting in the Acorn Centre on Friday 8th August, from 6.15 pm to 7.15 pm, and from 7.15 pm to 8.15 pm.

Pilates is a form of exercise to activate the core muscles involved in stabilising your spine, and clinical pilates is a form of this designed by physiotherapists. Improved core stability can help reduce back pain, prevent injuries and improve your balance, posture and flexibility.

Thanks for your support. Just go to the home page and click the document library tab, then click on the tab CRDA 75 club. Fill it in and send to the address on the form. We need to know your name to include you in the draw. When have recorded that, we shall send your form to your bank and they will set it up. Easy.
